Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you don’t like our product, with valid reasons like (Quality, Damage, Defective, ETC.)  we take it back. Refund Policy will apply for some products only so before placing order must read terms & conditions of product. We have made the returns process as simple as possible for you.

• • You can message us on Whatsapp  with your order number asking for a return. We will get back to you latest by the next day. You can also log in into your account and Chat With Us with any issue you will face.
  • Return will be processed in 14 days after the order is delivered. Once we receive a return and refund request from your end, we initiate the process of return and refund after verifying the reasons & photos of the same. You will be notified via email about the confirmation of your request.

Refund

• Prepaid Order (Original payment source) : In this case, the order amount will be remitted back to your original payment source. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 10 business days for the amount to actually reflect in your card / bank account.
• Cash On Delivery Order : If you have placed an order using cash on delivery mode and request a refund, we will contact you for your bank account details and money will be credited to your bank account within 10 business days.
